ABOUT US

Buildings are designed for a variety of uses, and fire safety solutions are just as diverse. Different fire protection measures are required depending on the building and what its various spaces are used for—institutions (banks, hospitials, schools, municipalities), retail, retaurants, manufacturing, storage, medical, airports—you name it. No matter how complex your fire safety or survellence needs are, our design consultants and installation teams work closely with you to define, plan and install a system that meets them precisely. And our commitment to delivering high-quality and high-safety prevention measures comes standard. We don’t work without it.

Consultation: At the core of any new system updates or installations, before legislation compliance kicks into effect, lies the fire safety consultation. This is an organized assessment and appraisal of your current work activities and workplace environment that allows us to determine proper solutions, systems and precautions that may maximize life and property safety.

Design: From engineering, construction approval, planning, building and law, Altor Safety Systems, L.L.C. and its trusted partners work with architects, designers, developers, planners and contractors to achieve the appropriate life and property protection needs. This includes the implementation of fire detection systems and the planning and execution of annual system maintenance, inspections and testing. In addition, Altor Safety Systems, L.L.C. and its design partners will execute annual system maintenance, testing and inspections. Other fire prevention services include preparation of inspection reports, researching and enforcing codes and standards for continuing education industry-wide.

Installation: Upon assessment of a customer’s needs per location and industry, Altor Safety Systems, L.L.C. installs the best solution.

System Maintenance: Inspections and Testing: All fire alarm systems in every building must be maintained, inspected and tested at certain intervals, which may include rough wire inspections and final performance testing. Faulty equipment and wrongly placed fire detection devices account for alarm delays and, as a result, contributes to fatalities, life and property damage. In addition, properly maintained and regularly inspected systems can prevent false alarms due to dirty or faulty devices, which can result in fines.

Whether a building, or portion thereof, is being renovated, remodeled, under construction or in the design stage, all fire alarm systems need to reflect current compliance and safety regulations. Altor Safety Systems L.L.C.’s role in new construction developments includes the inspection of construction methods, fire detection systems, wiring and code requirements and other prevention safety measures. All commercial, educational and municipalities require annual inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and codes. Inspections should be conducted throughout the year by authorized fire safety experts. Need an inspection NOW? Contact us immediately!

Education: In order to fully inform our customers of the necessary requirements of fire safety and electronic security systems, Altor Safety Systems, L.L.C. team members attend continuing education courses in the areas of code enforcement, plan review, building construction, fire suppression and protection system technology, hazardous materials and industry compliance. Throughout the year, Altor Safety Systems, L.L.C. conducts code compliance seminars and participates in industry speaking engagements for customers and suppliers.
